Georgia Faith Hill at Golden Hour

Georgia Faith Hill and her mother, Miranda, came to my home studio to update Georgia's modeling digitals. Before we even started, they asked if I'd like to come along later that day to a ranch they were scouting for another project and photograph Georgia while we were there. Georgia had brought a couple of things to wear, so I said yes.

After the digitals, I joined them for a stop at Blanc Atelier, a curated vintage shop I'd wanted to visit for some time, before we headed out to the ranch.

Imari-Christian had arranged the location, and ranch manager Emmit Hernandez helped us with the horse and cattle. Emmit also kept our four-legged model camera-ready, earning him my unofficial title of "best horse stylist in the business."

With only a few hours of planning, we used what was already there and photographed Georgia at sunset.

The cattle fascinated me. As we started shooting, they wandered over and stood there staring at us as if they wanted to know what we were doing.
